One Piece is heaven for strong characters. The world of One Piece is filled with characters who have diverse and unique powers. On the other hand, this anime doesn’t have many smart characters. Even though they exist, they don’t really stand out like the other strong characters.

Vinsmoke Judge is Sanji’s biological father and serves as one of the main antagonists in the Whole Cake Island arc. Years ago, Judge and Vegapunk had joined MADS, an illegal science group. Together with Vegapunk, Judge researches the Lineage Factor to find answers to the mysteries of the existence of life.
After MADS is disbanded, Judge uses his knowledge to give humans superpowers. Judge applies this to his family so that his children are born with unusual powers. Not only that, Judge also created a battle suit that enhances the user’s fighting ability.
Sengoku
Unlike the two previous characters, Sengoku is not a genius scientist who has made many brilliant discoveries. Even so, the intelligence of a Sengoku can’t be doubted. Sengoku had been a Marine since many years before the series started and had earned so much that he was promoted to Fleet Admiral.

Besides Vegapunk and Judge, Caesar Clown is also one of the scientists who have joined and MADS. Caesar is more worthy of being called a mad scientist, because he likes to experiment with children. Despite his moral decline, Caesar was a scientist of great genius.

Donquixote Doflamingo
