As we get closer and closer to the end of the fifth season finale of FX’s “Mayan MC,” the stakes are getting higher and higher. To the point that some people will not survive. For some characters, ghosts from the past come back to haunt them and reap their bounty. The moral of the story so far? Very simple, there are consequences to your actions.
One of the spotlights for this episode was Carla Baratta’s Adelita. When we first met her in the first season of “Mayan’s MC” as the leader of Los Olvidados. She goes from fighting the cartel to joining them. As we get to this season of the show, Adelita is trying to balance being a mother and still working for a cartel. In the end, she ended up having to deal with the consequences of becoming the very thing she was trying to fight.

Mayans MC follows the life of Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes (JD Pardo), president of the Mayans MC charter on the Cali/Mexico border. Once a golden boy with the American dream within reach, EZ has now risen to lead his brother Angel (Clayton Cardenas) and the Santo Padre MC in a bloody war against rival Sons of Anarchy. Defending the California territory and patch begins to take casualties within the club and causes tension between EZ and Angel – as one brother is dedicated to the club and the other to the family. Felipe (Edward James Olmos) attempts to heal these fractured bonds for the future of the Reyes family.
