Shannon Beador’s ex-husband David Beador is in legal issue regarding an alleged physical altercation with his ex-wife.
David Beador’s wife Lesley is done with it
The situation between the couple is very complicated at this stage. She demands that he take a drug test and submit to a psychiatric evaluation. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Lesley filed a motion asking the court to force Beador to stay 100 yards away from her and the 2-year-old daughter they share, Anna.
It’s an escalation since the last time Lelsey went to the police about her ex. In February, she accused him of physically assaulting her and her mother, Diana. “Mr. Beador begged my mum not to press charges or get a restraining order so she didn’t. My mum sometimes stays with me to check on Anna at my house and Mr. Beador said he “hate her,” the court report read.

The incident put her in a state of fear, she wrote in the doc, “I believe my mother is seriously injured and is being continually harassed by Mr. Beador.” She also wanted her two children to be protected from a previous relationship.
She believes they are also in danger because she claims Beador has “called my children derogatory names, yelled in their faces and kicked them out of our marital home on multiple occasions.”
She also notes that the businessman has three guns but has no idea where he keeps them. She wants the father of four out of the Laguna Beach mansion they rent for $17,000 a month.
Lesley wants child support
In addition to wanting the allegedly unstable father out of her home, she wants the court to pressure him into paying child support and spousal support, and paying for Lelsey’s legal costs, including $15. $000 for his lawyers.
Lesley also claims she was forced into a horrible deal after Beador filed for divorce from her. She says she feared for her safety and after David filed for divorce, they made a deal that she would move out of the Laguna Beach home they shared.
She would have a month to do so and would receive $40,000 to find this new place. They also had a custody agreement in place for joint legal and physical custody of the child they share together.
David Beador does not follow up
The reason this is now heading to court is because Beador allegedly backed out on its own accord. The former reality star has been rumored to duck and dodge Lesley ever since she made the deal.
Seeing that he has been acting erratically, she demands that he undergo a drug test and a psychiatric evaluation. Beador was reportedly at the Laguna Beach Police Station when one of his explosions took place.
“Despite the exchanges at the Laguna Beach Police Department, David comes across as erratic, unstable, angry, hostile, uncooperative, shaky, threatening and insane.” Lesley says she should have primary custody and Beador can have supervised visitation.
In return, Beador filed its own injunction.
