Kroy Biermann’s Rolls Royce is in danger of being kidnapped. One more thing he could lose in this messy divorce from Kim Zolciak.
Kroy Biermann missed a few payments
The former Atlanta Falcons player is battling his wife, Zolciak, in one of the most messy divorces Bravo fans have seen. The last battle the father-of-four faces is trying to keep his Rolls Royce.
It is reported that BMW Financial Services filed suit against Kroy on June 12. The company clarified that Biermann had entered into a lease agreement with them and was unable to meet its end of the bargain for a 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan.
Several of the required payments were missed on Biermann’s behalf. The company notes that the car in question is currently in Biermann’s possession at the Georgian home he shares with his estranged wife.
Kroy Biermann’s lawyer spoke out
“Mr. Biermann never would have imagined that he would find himself in this position, having repossessed a car,” Biermann’s attorney claims in court documents obtained by Speed cameras online. “But it’s the fallout when people spend way beyond their means. Kroy retired and no longer received that salary from the NFL… I don’t think anyone told Kim that.
Biermann’s attorney goes to the jugular, pointing out that Zolciak is responsible for the broken family’s situation.
“When it comes to finances, Kim is detached from reality; each month, Kroy must scrape together enough money to pay the mortgage to prevent the house from being seized; they receive collection notices and now lawsuits on behalf of creditors,” admits the lawyer.
“Kim continues to spend money on online gambling, wine and things that are NOT necessities but luxuries. Well, now they have one less luxury item.

Biermann also clarified through his attorney that he was not allowing his wife to return to reality television and earn money from the family’s disappearance. Biermann reportedly worked overtime to protect his children from divorce.
Biermann says:[Kim] continues to address, in a derogatory tone, abusive, profane and threatening language to [Kroy] with little concern if children are present.”
The lawyer also notes. “Based on previous experience, [Kroy] is worried that [Kim] will use the TV show to gain attention by discussing divorce and exposing children to behavior that would be great for the ratings, but not for children’s mental health and well-being.
The counter-fire of Kim Zolciak’s lawyer
Lawyers for the budding country singer insist that Biermann is the problem.
“The emotional and mental abuse that Kim suffered from this man for so many years took its toll on her and, most heartbreakingly, on their children. Kim has always been an extremely devoted mother to her children. children; they are her whole world, and she is always there to love and support them every step of the way.
