The Zolciak/Biermann divorce is getting very nasty! Kroy Bierman has just asked that Kim Zolciak be permanently evicted from his home.

As you know, the former couple is separated but living together and arguing about just about everything regarding this divorce. The house has been a serious point of contention for the two, they both want control of it, but Biermann is taking legal steps to achieve this.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Biermann claims he lives in the home with their four minor children. Thus, he asks a judge to be “granted the exclusive, temporary, and permanent use and possession of the marital residence…in Alpharetta, Georgia.” If that wasn’t clear enough, Kory asks that Zolciak be “restrained and barred from coming to the marital home.”
In other words, he wants her expelled!
The filing is a response from Biermann after his future ex-wife, Zolciak, went ahead and requested full custody of the four minor children they share together. We broke the story, Zolciak’s new petition is clear that she wants physical custody of the children. We assume that whoever takes control of the house will get custody of the children.

Zolciak last month accused Biermann of having a marijuana addiction and said it was a child safety issue. She asks the courts to subject him to drug tests and to have supervised visits with the children.
In return, Biermann accused Zolciak of having a “compulsion” to gamble – saying she doesn’t know when enough is enough, and she lost well into six figures. He also accused her of not having a good influence with the children.
In Biermann’s most recent court documents, he agrees that the couple’s money should be split, given that they’ve been together for more than 10 years and that Biermann legally adopted Zolciak’s two oldest children.

Just months before the divorce, Biermann and Zolciak were as thick as thieves. They united against the media when two separate reports emerged in less than 6 months claiming their Alpharetta, Georgia mansion was in foreclosure.
At one point, legal documents showed that the house was literally two days away from being auctioned, with the auction price set! Luckily, the couple was able to work everything out, but fast forward to today and it’s just one more thing they go back and forth over in the divorce.
Zolciak was so confident in her marriage and keeping her house that she posted videos of Biermann cleaning the gutters and bragging to her millions of followers about her warmth. How did they go from that to this debacle?

Another point of contention in the divorce is Zolciak’s possible return to reality television. She recently posted a photo on IG of herself and some alumni Real Housewives of Atlanta cast members. She teased fans that they would see her this season.
Biermann doesn’t want his divorce to play out on TV, and he certainly doesn’t want the kids filmed during this harrowing time.
Now it all depends on the judge.
