It’s a dark time in the home of Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey as the new parents painfully say goodbye to one of their beloved pets.
The couple, who treat their furry pets like children and have been planning to rescue and adopt homeless dogs into their home, shared the sad news of their loss on the internet.
Although Cuoco and Pelphrey made a new addition to their already large dog family by adopting Miss Opal a month before welcoming their daughter, the void left by their deceased pet will be felt forever.

Cuoco, who often referred to her precious fur baby as Dumpy or Dumps, had a deep connection to the senior Chihuahua she adopted in the summer of 2020.

In mourning the loss of her companion, the actress of “Hop” attacked her Instagram account to post a series of snaps of the late dog as she reflected on the memories she shared with the dog before finally saying goodbye.
The post displayed several images of the Chihuahua relaxing in his owner’s luxurious home. Whether it’s sleeping on a soft gray pillow, receiving kisses from the actress, or having a personalized crib with her name inscribed on it, Dump Truck has indeed had a full life with its owner. .

Dump Truck also relished nighttime rides with his furry siblings while placed in a baby stroller. In other photos, the late pup received sweet hugs from Pelphrey while Cuoco snapped adorable photos of the couple.
The final slide revealed a captivating image of the senior Chihuahua lying in his fancy white dog bed while a pink scarf was wrapped around his neck giving the pup a majestic look.

She continued, “You brought endless joy to everyone who met you and kissed my nose when I needed it most. You were as special as can be, and I’m so grateful that we found each other.
The ‘Charmed’ actress sweetly concluded, “Please tell Norman that I miss him everyday and will cherish you both forever 🌈.”
Moved by her words and the beautiful images of her late dog, her post garnered over 200,000,000 likes, alongside an outpouring of love shown by fans and colleagues in her comments section.

Dump Truck’s unfortunate passing comes weeks after the dog’s mother celebrated the legacy of her former pet, Norman, who she also lost some time ago.
The ‘Young Sheldon’ actress has revealed how she was inspired by the death of her late Pitbull mix to start a project that would benefit dogs. She took to her Instagram to post a carousel of snaps of herself and her late dog, creating timeless memories alongside why she decided to meet the needs of dogs.
