“He was killed this afternoon. He turned left or right [and] a car cut him off,” the 15-year-old actor’s rep barry McPherson confirmed at People in a press release on Monday, June 12. “I’m just devastated. He was the nicest guy. He was so talented.

Williams, who made his stage debut, began his film career in the 1970s by appearing in various mainstream hits like Mortal hero, the Ritz And The eagle has landed. His big breakthrough, however, came in 1979 when he starred as George Berger in the critically acclaimed Broadway film adaptation. Hair. In August 2018, Williams opened in Parade on how having a family changed the way he approached his career – and helped him decide what roles he would take on.
“At this point in my life, if I’m going to leave the house in Vermont, which I love, it really has to be, ‘Oh boy, I can’t wait to get on the plane to do this with these guys. there,” he told the outlet, adding that the “best” advice he ever received was to be “passionate” about the work he does.
“Do what you want. Do what you like. The rest will take care of itself,” he continued. “I’ve always lived like this. I think it’s a great way to pursue everything you love in life. Be passionate, engage and the rest will come. I don’t know how wise it is, but it’s the best I’ve had today.
Williams is survived by his wife and children.
